We ship all orders using our international shipping partner, DHL. with the exception of a premium service to Norway. Your order is signed for and is fully insured while in transit. You will receive options from DHL to accept delivery of your order including leave with a neighbour, deliver on specific days etc. Please note that you will be responsible for your order if you agree with DHL that the order can be left without your signature.
It is always possible to have your order sent to our Experience Centre in Oslo to be picked up.
Taxes and duties are included in the price that we show you on our website for Norway, United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland and for all destinations within the European Union. All other countries will incur a tax and duties event. Our shipping partner will reach out to you with this information when your order is being imported.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Fara order you can return it within 7 days (not including custom build bikes) in original condition for a refund. Refunds on bikes will incur an administration charge of €100. Buyers must also pay for the outgoing and return shipping - We will supply you with a return shipping label. To avoid these unnecessary expenses, it's important to get your order right the first time! If you are in any doubt, we would recommend that you use our video consultation service. To initiate a return please visit our returns form here RETURNS FORM Returned items must be securely packaged in a sealed box, to ensure the contents are protected during transit. Fara reserve the right to refuse the return of any items which have been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.
