2. Scope and Availability

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website. We ship worldwide, subject to local import regulations. Prices displayed for EU/EEA, Norway, the UK, Sweden, Denmark, and Switzerland include VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees (DDP). Customers outside these regions see prices excluding VAT and are responsible for applicable import charges (DAP).

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in multiple currencies depending on your location. DDP-region prices include product cost, VAT, duties, and clearance fees. DAP-region prices exclude VAT and duties. Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise specified.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Your purchase is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. All orders depend on product availability. Pre-orders become binding once payment and order confirmation are issued.

5.1 In-Stock Products:

Available for immediate purchase. Full payment is required, and shipping follows the timeframe listed on the product page.

5.2 Bespoke Assembly (Pre-Order):

Custom-made bikes and framesets are produced specifically for each customer.

Pre-payment structure:
50% payment is paid at checkout, fully refundable before your bike is assembled. The remaining 50% is due upon assembly completion, approximately two weeks before dispatch.

Cancellations & Delays:
You may cancel anytime before assembly for a full refund. If substantial delays occur, you may cancel with a full refund.

6. Delivery

We ship globally using DHL. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day withdrawal right under Norwegian/EU law. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective.

8. Warranty

All products include a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses unless required by law. Our total liability is limited to the purchase amount.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be directed to the Norwegian Consumer Council or the EU ODR platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms follow Norwegian law. Mandatory protection for EU/EEA, UK, and Swiss consumers also applies. Disputes are handled by Oslo District Court unless otherwise required.
