Design notes

Our lives might be complex and chaotic, but time on the bike is pure and uncluttered. A spectacular sunset shows raw beauty, but a cloudy one holds deeper intricacies. We set out to capture this dichotomy in Cloudy Sunset—a colour that is both spectacular and ordinary, simple and complex.

In different light, Cloudy Sunset shifts between light purple and grey. Sometimes it feels bright and positive, other times pale and subdued. Its beauty lies in this versatility, making it a colour that matches a broad range of palettes.

Fara Athletes' colour of 2024

The simple yet complex beauty of Cloudy Sunset mirrors the life of our athlete ambassadors too. Behind every moment of glory is countless hours in the saddle, riding through all types of weather and conditions. Whether in Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, Holland, or California, the majority of those rides likely end under a cloudy sunset. It’s a reminder that even in the most ordinary moments, there is beauty and meaning.

I have been training and racing on both the F/All-Road and F/Gravel, but the All-Road is my favourite because of its versatility.

This summer was full of challenges and changes. Overall, I managed to overcome many of my fears and made big improvements on my bike skills.

Karolina Migon (Poland)

Bikes
I train on the F/Gravel and F/Road, but I only race on the gravel bike. The F/Gravel is my go-to bike, thanks to its impressive tire clearance up to 50mm, making it perfect for any race or trail.

Total Distance 2024
A lot… I’ll have to skip this one, just in case my employer sees :)

Races
The Traka 360 (1st)
La Indomable (1st)
The Rift (2nd)
UCI Gravel Suisse (1st)
Garmin Gravel Worlds (2nd)
Steamboat Gravel (4th)
+ UCI Monserrato, UCI Champéry, Octopus Gravel, Gravel Santa Vall

Riding style
I thrive in high mountains and on technical trails, where every ride is an adventure.

How was your summer 2024?
Summer 2024 was incredible, filled with races with the PAS team and exploring new places on my bike. I’ve grown more confident in my abilities, even in races that don’t play to my strengths. I’m deeply grateful for the amazing people I’ve met and shared this journey with. It was a fun and transformative season.

Simen Nordahl Svendsen (Norway)

Bikes
I do all my racing on the F/Gravel but also train on the F/Road and F/All-Road. The F/Gravel is the fastest and most capable gravel bike I´ve ridden, so that is definitely my favourite.

Total Distance 2024
I need to check my Strava. But it's a lot, and there will be even more next year.

Races
The Rift (1st)
Garmin Gravel Worlds (1st)
The Traka 360km (4th)
Unbound (6th)
Steamboat Gravel (8th)
Gravel Tierra de campos, Badlands, Santa Vall

Riding style
I have a pretty big engine and can go hard for long times. I tend to win races after being in a group and then kill them off at the very end.

How was your summer 2024?
A lot of racing and a lot of travel! I am very happy with what I and the people around me have achieved. This summer was the best of my cycling career in terms of results and meeting new people and seeing new places.

Gereon Tewes (Germany)

Bike
F/All-Road and F/Gravel

Total Distance 2024
Over 20,000 km

Races
The Transcontinental Race No. 10 (1st Pair)
Badlands (4th)

What is your riding style?
Diesel truck. I prefer varied terrain, with wind and weather. Generally, hard races suit me well.

How was your summer 2024?
Summer and generally 2024 have been extremely busy. We had an incredibly intense year with major professional and personal changes and challenges. As a rider, I have become more resilient and confident in my abilities and learned that I don’t need everything to work out perfectly to enjoy myself riding.
